The Millennium guitar was built to signify the turn of a new century. John was inspired by the fireworks displays put on by different countries to celebrate the new millennium.
What struck John most of these displays was the vision of the fireworks erupting from the Eiffel tower. This idea was created with the help of master inlay artist Paul Bordeaux on to adorn the headstock inlay of the Millenium guitar.
John decided to use this guitar as a way of paying tribute to the archtop guitar and as a way of illustrating just how far archtop building has come since the first Gibson.
On the fingerboard are block inlays with engravings of important events in the archtop's history.
This guitar is now owned by guitar collector and owner of Arizona Iced Tea, John Ferolito. John owns 14 Buscarino guitars as well as a collection of vintage and one-of-a-kind instruments.
