This guitar was designed by Virtuoso Guitar Player Corey Christiansen, former Guitar Editor of Mel Bay Publications and author of numerous instructional guitar books. Corey is a very busy working musician who travels extensively and very often can only bring one guitar. Although John had built several different guitars for Corey, it was becoming difficult for him to decide which guitar to bring.

Not always knowing what the situation will be for the job Corey needs to perform it was decided that John would build him a model that was versatile enough for just about any situation. The style and size of the guitar is comfortable to play, whether playing for a few minutes or all day.

Buscarino Signature pickups were used, with an Alnico 3 in the front position and and a matching Alnico 5 in the rear position. This combination fits just about any style Corey needs to play. They have a silky smooth, jazzy feel with plenty of warmth that lend themselves to many styles of music but truly shine when playing jazz. No matter what you play or how you play this guitar will give you everything you need and more.
